Only on the day appointments are available, by phoning (impossible to get through) or by waiting outside for the surgery to open. I went down today at 8.a.m to be told there are actually no appointments available today. If I urgently need an appointment I would need to go to their "hub" at Sheen lane in Richmond. My need for an appointment is not urgent so I asked if I could book a non-urgent appointment. At first I was told these were not bookable in advance, then I was told the next one would be on March 21st, 22 days later. What on earth is going on? It is such a shame as the doctors are great, but what is the use if you can't actually get to see one.
The most caring doctors I've come across. All the doctors and Dr Harrington in particular make it so welcoming to talk about very personal problems which is vital when suffering from mental health issues. Always feel well cared for when I see a doctor or nurse.
It sometimes is hard toget to see my favourite doctor, butshe is worth the wait.
We always receive great care and attention on every appointment. If they feel the case is serious then they do not hesitate in referring you to hospital. I have been a patient for more than 20 years and I have been able to get a same day appointment whenever I have phoned them.
Dr Christie supportive as ever. It seems to have become slightly easier to make appointments. Would appreciate earlier start for phlebotomy and without need for appointments in advance.
